I have been a professional firefighter in Washington State for over 2 decades, having served in both Vancouver and Spokane. I’ve spent most of my career in the backseat, focusing on serving the community and supporting my crew. I deeply value the firefighters I work alongside and strive to ensure they have the safety and resources they need.
As President of IAFF Local 29, I advocate for fair treatment, safe working conditions, and the rights of every member.
At home, I’m married to my amazing wife of over a decade and a dad to four kids, including my oldest, who is carrying on the family tradition as a Seattle firefighter. I love spending time outdoors — skiing in the mountains in winter, and water-skiing on the lake in summer with friends and family.
