My name is Icher Pule-Annes. I was born and raised in Hilo, HI. I initially came to Spokane to attend college and play football at Whitworth university. I graduated in 2020 and I ended up staying here in Spokane after I met my amazing wife at Whitworth. I have been with the Spokane fire department since 2022 and I have been with the peer team since 2024. The peer team is my chance to give back and be apart of something bigger. I’ve always been part of a team growing up: football, basketball, paddling and that’s why I love this job and the peer team. Being there for one another and knowing we can count on each other in different aspects of our lives is an awesome sense of security to have.
